Her experience spans private practice, inpatient, and outpatient hospital settings, where she has worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, eating disorders, autism, ADHD, and personality-related concerns. She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
Sarah takes an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. She also has experience conducting psychometric assessments to enhance self-understanding and guide personalised interventions.
